MEET US

Yana Finkelstein is a licensed California attorney local to the Bay Area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from San Jose University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and then went on to attend Santa Clara University School of Law for her Juris Doctorate.

Throughout her entire 15-year career Yana has been focused in the financial and tax field in both the corporate and individual sectors where she has developed a unique and distinctive combination of experience in legal, business and tax services. She started her career as an attorney specializing in real estate and tax law, and then went on to work in international tax planning and strategy for a Big Four accounting firm. Her journey then led her to join a Fortune 100 company where she continued her work in international tax planning and compliance. Her next step was working for an accounting and consulting firm where she worked with individuals and closely held businesses with international estate planning. Her experience in the international sector arms her with the in-depth knowledge necessary to provide valuable counsel to both corporate and individual clients.

Despite her successful career, Yana’s passion for learning has never subsided. It is the ongoing education associated with providing business and tax counsel that fuels her dedication to both her profession and her clients. She started her firm so that she could enjoy the personal interaction and relationship building she gets to experience with every client. She thrives on creating an immediate positive impact for business owners and individuals through business and tax counseling services.

Outside of her professional passions, Yana and her family are frequent flyers of global travel, and love to visit foreign countries. In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her family swimming and biking around the Bay Area.
